Bookings and payment
Booking availability, visit details, and payment terms are confirmed during scheduling. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a visit.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining access to your accounts and devices. For your privacy and security, you should enter passwords and verification codes yourself whenever possible.
